Gun Free Zones....great idea

GUN FREE ZONE: NO WEAPONS ALLOWED!

I'm having a hard time understanding how these tragedies keep happening in "Gun Free Zones". I mean, the signs clearly state that weapons are not allowed...why do criminals and maniacs keep ignoring these signs? Why? Do they not know how to read?

When I go into a "Gun Free Zone", I am expected to leave my weapon either at home, or in my car. Now let me tell you. I obey the law...how come criminals don't?

It's just not fair : (
